Abstract: During the 13th Five-Year Plan, the total energy-saving amount owing to water-saving policies is 1.003million tonnes of standard coal, and the total water-saving amount owing to energy-saving policies has- and water-saving effects in the short term.A coordinated energy- and water-saving effect can be found in energy-saving scenarios in the serviceenergy- and water-saving effect.
